The journey continues to the spectacular Ha Long Bay, one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will spend a magical night on a cruise, sailing among thousands of limestone islands rising from emerald waters, with plenty of opportunities to capture unforgettable photographs of the stunning scenery and local life.
Finally, travel to Ninh Binh, often called “Ha Long Bay on land.” This peaceful region offers visitors a truly authentic Vietnamese experience, with dramatic limestone landscapes, tranquil rivers, and charming countryside that perfectly showcase the natural beauty of Northern Vietnam.

Depart your hotel at 08:00 AM for a scenic drive (approximately 2.5 hours) to Ninh Binh, the site of Vietnam’s first capital.
Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and explore the temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh, who ruled Vietnam during the Dinh and Early Le Dynasties in the 10th century.
Continue to Tam Coc for lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a sampan boat trip along the Ngo Dong River. As the boat glides through the water, admire the dramatic limestone karsts rising from the green rice fields, giving the area its nickname: “Ha Long Bay on Land.”
Afterward, visit Mua Cave and climb to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain, where you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular panoramic views in Ninh Binh.
Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.
